This 1 hour session carved a perfect creative space for me. Cat is so welcoming and supportive, catering for new and established members of the group. I love the imperfection message too.

The print is beautiful. As a lover of the colour pink, sunshine and the sea this brings together all of those elements for me. I can sit and relax reflecting on the colours and be grateful for moments in my life and find calm. The imperfections I see are a reminder that beauty is not perfect. Cat is a talented artist.

I have been thinking of signing up for one of your lives for ages and so glad I did, I feel so relaxed and glowing, it's great to be making art again and not thinking about the broken school / SEN system for an hour! And, amazlngly, my 15 year old ND daughter, who spends most of her time when not at school burned out in bed, joined me. She's a brilliant artist but also a huge perfectionist, and she only abandoned her attempts once before settling into anti-perfectionism. This is a such a huge thing for her, as she hardly does anything creative at all now because she is hampered by perfectionism!
