10% brain power required - suitable for total beginners or more experienced painters.

The main trick here is being bold, and sometimes we need talking through that if we're a little inclined to being delicate and overly careful. Jump in with this joyous phrase or any of your own. I've included a flick through my 'Cards with Words' book so you get lots of ideas at the beginning. I give lots of tips along the way on how to make your words pop out, how to balance your colours and shapes in amongst the chaos, and lots of encouragement in your relaxation and exploration.

Be encouraged and inspired in creating a page bursting with spring flowers - perfect for making cards or gifts but also a great way to make reminders for yourself.

A great mindfulness practice and way of unwinding on your own or with family/friends.

This is a *pre-recorded* virtual session, based on the popular watercolour zoom session which runs live every week with an absolutely lovely gang of attendees. These pre-recorded sessions are approximately 30 minutes long, but you can re-watch them and hopefully they will set you off full of inspiration for as long painting as you need.

PLEASE NOTE:

This recording is for personal use only. If you wish to use in a corporate or educational setting you will need a corporate license, please contact me directly at:

How it's made

My paintings are created in layers of watercolour, gouache and ink. High-quality paints and 300gsm acid-free paper ensure the colours are vibrant and my experienced print provider has selected the best high gsm paper to reproduce this on so that the colours are matched closely to the original. Please note that some colours may look different on varying computer screens compared to natural light.
