Monstera pt. 2 The Full Plant Tutorial (Pre-Recorded)
Monstera pt. 2 The Full Plant Tutorial (Pre-Recorded)
Suitable for total beginners or more experienced painters.
We have previously covered individual monstera leaves in different colours and looked at using enough water (available to download from the website), and in this tutorial we are taking our favourite colour combo and painting a full plant. You can do this tutorial without having done part 1 as I recap key information.
As well as drawing and painting the monstera/cheese plant, we’ll look at creating a textured terracotta pot in the same loose, colourful style.
A great mindfulness practice and way of unwinding on your own or with family/friends.
This is a *pre-recorded* virtual session, based on the popular watercolour zoom session which runs live every week with an absolutely lovely gang of attendees. These pre-recorded sessions are approximately 30-45 minutes long, but you can re-watch them and hopefully they will set you off full of inspiration for as long painting as you need.
PLEASE NOTE:
This recording is for personal use only. If you wish to use in a corporate or educational setting you will need a corporate license, please contact me directly at:

My paintings are created in layers of watercolour, gouache and ink. High-quality paints and 300gsm acid-free paper ensure the colours are vibrant and my experienced print provider has selected the best high gsm paper to reproduce this on so that the colours are matched closely to the original. Please note that some colours may look different on varying computer screens compared to natural light.
