Some kids and adults need to be really careful to manage their mental and physical energy levels, and this resource can help to communicate how your energy levels are feeling if the words aren't easy to find.
This resource is perfect for a child at school, especially neurodiverse kids (eg. autistic, adhd, anxious) and chronically ill children. But it could also be a good way of communicating needs between members of the same home or workspace.

You may not use these designs commercially but I'm very happy for schools to reproduce them for their pupils. The design remains the property of Badibidu.

My paintings are created in layers of watercolour, gouache and ink. High-quality paints and 300gsm acid-free paper ensure the colours are vibrant and I scan images at a high resolution on a specialist scanner so that the colours are matched closely to the original. Please note that some colours may look different on varying computer screens compared to natural light.
