Suitable for total beginners or more experienced painters.

Sea urchins is a twist on the extremely popular Antiperfection Circles which lots of you will have done with me live or via the tutorial.  Perfect for relaxing and practicing enjoying the process. Learn about watermarks so you can use them if you want to for texture like foliage, or avoid them if you want a smooth surface. Find your best brushes for tiny details and enjoy mandala style relaxation with dots and brush strokes. Great for all ages and one to be repeated whenever you need to slow the brain.

A great mindfulness practice and way of unwinding on your own or with family/friends.

This is an anytime tutorial, no extra brain power required - perfect for beginners or those looking for a mindful, relaxing watercolour session.

This is a *pre-recorded* virtual session, based on the popular watercolour zoom session which runs live every week with an absolutely lovely gang of attendees. These pre-recorded sessions are approximately 30 minutes long, but you can re-watch them and hopefully they will set you off full of inspiration for as long painting as you need.

How it's made

My paintings are created in layers of watercolour, gouache and ink. High-quality paints and 300gsm acid-free paper ensure the colours are vibrant and my experienced print provider has selected the best high gsm paper to reproduce this on so that the colours are matched closely to the original. Please note that some colours may look different on varying computer screens compared to natural light.
