Join our new watercolour painting classes at the The Yard Gallery in Leah’s Yard, Sheffield city centre. This group class runs from 1:30pm-2:30pm once a month.

Suitable for total beginners or more experienced painters. We will paint an antiperfection artwork which will change each session or you can bring along something that you’re currently working on for a bit of feedback and company while you paint.

MATERIALS: Please bring paper, paint and a brush to each meet up and I’ll make sure you have water. If you don’t have any watercolour kit then I can make sure you have materials whilst you build your supplies.

We will build skills and techniques every meet up, in a very relaxed and informal setting.

A gorgeous venue for what will be a brilliant group.

Watercolour supplies are available here or via any art or craft shop.

How does it work?

All events will focus on antiperfection, relaxation and learning watercolour techniques. Each workshop and virtual session will have a slightly different subject matter covered and in private sessions students can work on projects of their own choosing if they would like to.

Who's it for?

Badibidu workshops are suitable for total beginners or more experienced painters. There's even workshop options for kids!

Everyone and anyone can benefit from a bit of time relaxing and creating.

Relaxing art session

This was an early Christmas present for my husband. He said it was a very good event for people of all abilities.
Cat was very enthusiastic and keen to emphasise enjoyment and relaxation.
He felt that she spent more time at one end of the table demonstrating things than at the other. It would have helped to have had a better view of what was being shown.
