Watercolour Art for Beginners (Pre-Recorded)
Watercolour Art for Beginners (Pre-Recorded)
Ever thought you'd like to learn to paint but you don't know where to begin? In this free video I'll walk you through:
- How to choose your paper, paint, brushes and water container. Also take a look at my blog post with links to everything discussed here and more https://badibidu.com/blogs/blogibidu/paint
- Common terminology and what it really means such as blending, wet on wet, wet on dry and lifting.
- how to create an easy leaf shape and undo mistakes!
Watercolour can be a great mindfulness practice and way of unwinding on your own or with family/friends.
This is a *pre-recorded* virtual session, based on the popular watercolour zoom session which runs live every week with an absolutely lovely gang of attendees. These pre-recorded sessions are approximately 30 minutes long, but you can re-watch them and hopefully they will set you off full of inspiration for as long painting as you need.
PLEASE NOTE:
This recording is for personal use only. If you wish to use in a corporate or educational setting you will need a corporate license, please contact me directly at:

My paintings are created in layers of watercolour, gouache and ink. High-quality paints and 300gsm acid-free paper ensure the colours are vibrant and my experienced print provider has selected the best high gsm paper to reproduce this on so that the colours are matched closely to the original. Please note that some colours may look different on varying computer screens compared to natural light.

I enjoyed going through the different ways of using paint and brushes and felt reassured that I didn't have to have everything perfect from the start.
Thank you
