from 27 reviewsLove learning from the pre-recorded tutorials as I can rewind and play again if I want to repeat parts of the lesson! Would highly recommend.
Cat gave us 5 lovely watercolour Christmas card ideas. All were simple and quick and very achievable. Clear instructions and a relaxing mood. I loved having the follow up online tutorial to refer back to afterwards. I've already included a couple of the ideas into my own Christmas cards to send this year. Happy Christmas!
Always appreciate Cat's tutorials! This one is helping me get in the spirit of the season. Simple, whimsical designs that are totally doable. I'm so thrilled to be making my cards this year. They feel like little gifts to those who are closest - totally different vibe (that I need this year) rather than simply "going through the motions" of card signing and sending.
I enjoyed going through the different ways of using paint and brushes and felt reassured that I didn't have to have everything perfect from the start.
Small friendly group. Cat is helpful with tips and techniques but not overly directive…. The antiperfection vibe comes through nicely. Recommend.
Easy to follow tutorial in Badibidu's relaxed style. I very much enjoyed learning how to do autumn colours and trying blackberries. Plenty to re-visit another day with the instructions for repeating patterns. Fab!
A really accessible way to start watercolour or to develop skills. Cat is a wonderful teacher and the sessions as very easy to attend; there is no pressure to contribute or even have your video on if you don't want to. I really enjoy them and relaxing with my watercolours.
Lovely brush! Holds a lot of paint or water. Beautifully packaged and quick delivery. Thank you!
Very good to be able to support a small business.
I really enjoyed following along with this tutorial. It was a great way to play and mix colours with easy, effective shapes. In the end, I used the ideas to paint little fungi Birthday card for my nephew. Thank you.
I joined with my 8 year old son and we both really enjoyed painting bugs and playing around with watercolours we had at home. We loved the way Cat led us through building up and adding to our pictures and inspiring us to enjoy experimenting and relax into it. It was really lovely to be side by side doing something we enjoyed together and admiring each other's work. 4pm is a bit of a tricky time for us currently with my younger boy, but we hope to make it back at somepoint as we thoroughly enjoyed it! Many thanks Cat ☺️
Thank you
Had an amazing morning being guided through ‘anti-perfection’ by Cat! Finding time to be creative is so important and this workshop was a great space to explore watercolours.
This 1 hour session carved a perfect creative space for me. Cat is so welcoming and supportive, catering for new and established members of the group. I love the imperfection message too.
The print is beautiful. As a lover of the colour pink, sunshine and the sea this brings together all of those elements for me. I can sit and relax reflecting on the colours and be grateful for moments in my life and find calm. The imperfections I see are a reminder that beauty is not perfect. Cat is a talented artist.
