One of my favourite paintings ever, the rich jewel tones of Wild Garden are complemented by gold leaf and fine ink details.
This piece was made by painting layers of watercolour onto a prepared canvas and sealing with a cold wax medium buffed to a gentle sheen. The cold wax finish means this piece is ready to hang, and can be wiped gently with a damp cloth to clean.
Stretched canvas watercolours are so modern and gorgeous, this one needs to go to a great home where it will be loved! :)
